Making of Milky White Paneer Dip
Main Ingredients:
Cardamom 1
Clove 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion 2 medium size
Milk chilled 1 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Cashew 10
Khuskhus 1 tbsp
For aroma - saffron a small pinch
Kasuri methi
Milky White Paneer Dip
Heat a pan, and stir cumin seeds on a medium flame
Once it's roasted add roughly chopped 2 onions and saute till onion gets translucent
Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till aroma goes off
Now add 10 cashew nuts and 1 tbsp of khuskhus and give a good mix
Add water and boil all the ingredients for 5 min in high flame
Grind to smooth paste
Let the boiled ingredients cool down
Now grind it to smooth paste
Saute Paneer cubes
Take a tawa and add 2 tbsp butter
Add paneer cubes and saute on a low flame and keep it aside (refer image)
Process
Take a tawa and add 3 tbsp of butter
Add ground smooth paste and stir till the aroma goes off
Add one cup of milk, pepper and salt to taste
Now add sauteed paneer and boil for 5 min
Add saffron and kasuri methi and switch off the flame
