Making of Milky White Paneer Dip


Main Ingredients:

  1. Cardamom 1

  2. Clove 2

  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

  4. Onion 2 medium size

  5. Milk chilled 1 cup

  6. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp

  7. Oil 4 tbsp

  8. Butter 3 tbsp

  9. Cashew 10

  10. Khuskhus 1 tbsp

  11. For aroma - saffron a small pinch

  12. Kasuri methi


Milky White Paneer Dip

  1. Heat a pan, and stir cumin seeds on a medium flame

  2. Once it's roasted add roughly chopped 2 onions and saute till onion gets translucent

  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till aroma goes off

  4. Now add 10 cashew nuts and 1 tbsp of khuskhus and give a good mix

  5. Add water and boil all the ingredients for 5 min in high flame

Grind to smooth paste

  1. Let the boiled ingredients cool down

  2. Now grind it to smooth paste


Saute Paneer cubes

  1. Take a tawa and add 2 tbsp butter

  2. Add paneer cubes and saute on a low flame and keep it aside (refer image)


Process

  1. Take a tawa and add 3 tbsp of butter

  2. Add ground smooth paste and stir till the aroma goes off

  3. Add one cup of milk, pepper and salt to taste

  4. Now add sauteed paneer and boil for 5 min

  5. Add saffron and kasuri methi and switch off the flame
