Milky White Sauce is an easy to make dish at home. This is delicious, prepared with butter, maida and milk which gives cheesy kind of consistency. Can be added with Macaroni, White Rice etc. Food Type: Vegetarian

Making of Milky White Sauce
Butter for white sauce 2 tbsp
Maida or all purpose flour 1 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Water as required
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1 tbsp
Making Milky White Sauce
Take a tawa and add butter - keep the stove in medium flame
When butter gets melted add 1 tbsp maida or all purpose flour and whisk continuously so that no lumps formed by the flour
When it gets a bit thicker and change colour start pouring the milk while whisking continuously
Keep whisking till the mixture gets the consistency like sauce (should not be too thin or too thick). When its too thick add little water and whisk.
Keep the stove in low flame, add oregano and salt to taste
Switch off the flame and immediately transfer the Milky White Sauce to another bowel and keep it aside
