Making of Spicy Chilli Masala
Main Ingredients:
Green Chilli 1 cup
Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
Fenel seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin seed 1 tbsp
Black Cumin seed 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Ajwain 1 tbsp
Hing 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mustered Oil or Oil 1/4 cup
Vinegar or lemon juice 2 tbsp
Stir frying Spicy Chilli Masala
Take a tawa and add Mustard oil or oil and heat it on a medium flame
Add 1 tbsp mustard seed and let it pop
Now add fennel, fenugreek, cumin seed, black cumin seed and fry for 30 seconds
Now add green chillies, add salt to taste and stir fry on a medium flame for about 2 minutes
Add turmeric, hig, salt, 1 tbsp mustard, fennel and ajwain powder and give a good mix
Now add 2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice and saute for 1 minute and switch off the flame
Enjoy the Spicy Chilli Masala with parata or roti along with curd !!!!
