Tangy Tomato šŸ… Dosa Roast is very tasty and yummy šŸ˜‹ recipe. A type of dosa variety and very easy to make. The dosa batter is instantly made with rava.

Making of Tangy Tomato šŸ… Dosa Roast


Main Ingredients

  1. Tomato šŸ… medium size - 3

  2. Red Chilli 🌶 🌶 🌶 - 3

  3. Rice šŸš FlourĀ  - 1 cup

  4. Rava / sooji - 1 cup

  5. Wheat 🌾 flour - 2 tbsp

  6. Coriander leaves šŸƒ - 2 tbsp

  7. Cumin seed - 1 tbsp


Dosa Batter Processing

  1. Take a bowl, add rice šŸš flour, rava, wheat 🌾 flour

  2. Add salt šŸ§‚ to taste , coriander leaves šŸƒ, cumin seed and add water šŸ’¦.Ā 

  3. The batter should not be very thick, so add water till u get thin batter

Tomato šŸ… boil

  1. Add tomato šŸ… in a bowl and boil it

  2. When the tomato šŸ… skin comes out take out from stove and let it cool

  3. Peel the skin and grind it along with red chillies 🌶 into a smooth paste

  4. Now add the tomato paste into the batter and give a good mix

  5. Check the taste and add salt if required

  6. For a spice version pepper powder can be added


  • Let this rest for 30 min. and then prepare the dosa
