Making of Tangy Tomato 🍅 Dosa Roast


Main Ingredients

  1. Tomato 🍅 medium size - 3

  2. Red Chilli 🌶 🌶 🌶 - 3

  3. Rice 🍚 Flour  - 1 cup

  4. Rava / sooji - 1 cup

  5. Wheat 🌾 flour - 2 tbsp

  6. Coriander leaves 🍃 - 2 tbsp

  7. Cumin seed - 1 tbsp


Dosa Batter Processing

  1. Take a bowl, add rice 🍚 flour, rava, wheat 🌾 flour

  2. Add salt 🧂 to taste , coriander leaves 🍃, cumin seed and add water 💦. 

  3. The batter should not be very thick, so add water till u get thin batter

Tomato 🍅 boil

  1. Add tomato 🍅 in a bowl and boil it

  2. When the tomato 🍅 skin comes out take out from stove and let it cool

  3. Peel the skin and grind it along with red chillies 🌶 into a smooth paste

  4. Now add the tomato paste into the batter and give a good mix

  5. Check the taste and add salt if required

  6. For a spice version pepper powder can be added


  • Let this rest for 30 min. and then prepare the dosa
