Tangy Tomato š Dosa Roast is very tasty and yummy š recipe. A type of dosa variety and very easy to make. The dosa batter is instantly made with rava.

Making of Tangy Tomato š Dosa Roast
Main Ingredients
Tomato š medium size - 3
Red Chilli š¶ š¶ š¶ - 3
Rice š FlourĀ - 1 cup
Rava / sooji - 1 cup
Wheat š¾ flour - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves š - 2 tbsp
Cumin seed - 1 tbsp
Dosa Batter Processing
Take a bowl, add rice š flour, rava, wheat š¾ flour
Add salt š§ to taste , coriander leaves š, cumin seed and add water š¦.Ā
The batter should not be very thick, so add water till u get thin batter
Tomato š

Add tomato š in a bowl and boil it
When the tomato š skin comes out take out from stove and let it cool
Peel the skin and grind it along with red chillies š¶ into a smooth paste
Now add the tomato paste into the batter and give a good mix
Check the taste and add salt if required
For a spice version pepper powder can be added
Let this rest for 30 min. and then prepare the dosa
Enjoy the delicious Tangy Tomato š Dosa Roast and have a bite with Chutney and Sambar !!!!
