Making of Tangy Tomato 🍅 Dosa Roast
Tomato 🍅 medium size - 3
Red Chilli 🌶 🌶 🌶 - 3
Rice 🍚 Flour - 1 cup
Rava / sooji - 1 cup
Wheat 🌾 flour - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 🍃 - 2 tbsp
Cumin seed - 1 tbsp
Dosa Batter Processing
Take a bowl, add rice 🍚 flour, rava, wheat 🌾 flour
Add salt 🧂 to taste , coriander leaves 🍃, cumin seed and add water 💦.
The batter should not be very thick, so add water till u get thin batter
Tomato 🍅 boil
Add tomato 🍅 in a bowl and boil it
When the tomato 🍅 skin comes out take out from stove and let it cool
Peel the skin and grind it along with red chillies 🌶 into a smooth paste
Now add the tomato paste into the batter and give a good mix
Check the taste and add salt if required
For a spice version pepper powder can be added
Let this rest for 30 min. and then prepare the dosa
