Tangy Tomato ๐Ÿ… Dosa Roast is very tasty and yummy ๐Ÿ˜‹ recipe. A type of dosa variety and very easy to make. The dosa batter is instantly made with rava.

Making of Tangy Tomato ๐Ÿ… Dosa Roast


Main Ingredients

  1. Tomato ๐Ÿ… medium size - 3

  2. Red Chilli ๐ŸŒถ ๐ŸŒถ ๐ŸŒถ - 3

  3. Rice ๐Ÿš Flourย  - 1 cup

  4. Rava / sooji - 1 cup

  5. Wheat ๐ŸŒพ flour - 2 tbsp

  6. Coriander leaves ๐Ÿƒ - 2 tbsp

  7. Cumin seed - 1 tbsp


Dosa Batter Processing

  1. Take a bowl, add rice ๐Ÿš flour, rava, wheat ๐ŸŒพ flour

  2. Add salt ๐Ÿง‚ to taste , coriander leaves ๐Ÿƒ, cumin seed and add water ๐Ÿ’ฆ.ย 

  3. The batter should not be very thick, so add water till u get thin batter

Tomato ๐Ÿ… boil

  1. Add tomato ๐Ÿ… in a bowl and boil it

  2. When the tomato ๐Ÿ… skin comes out take out from stove and let it cool

  3. Peel the skin and grind it along with red chillies ๐ŸŒถ into a smooth paste

  4. Now add the tomato paste into the batter and give a good mix

  5. Check the taste and add salt if required

  6. For a spice version pepper powder can be added


  • Let this rest for 30 min. and then prepare the dosa
