Note: This recipe is with already prepared Rice Cakes. Make Rice Cakes (Idly) and keep in fridge over night.
Making of Indian Fries
Rice Cake(Idly) 6 pieces
Cut refrigerated Rice Cakes into bytes
Take a kadai and add oil - keep the stove on a medium flame
When oil is hot add rice cakes (Idly) into oil and fry
Turn the sides to get fried evenly
When it turns golden, take out from oil and keep it on a tissue to dry excess oil
