Making of Crispy Paneer Cubes

Ingredients for masala batter:
Corn flour - 1 Cup
All purpose flour or Maida - 1 Cup
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
A pinch of turmeric
Freshly crushed pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Other Ingredients for coating and frying
Oil for frying
Crispy Paneer Cubes Making
Take a vessel and mix the masala batter ingredients. The batter should be semi solid and should not be too watery or too thick
Cut the paneer into cubes in desired sizes
Add paneer cubes into masala batter and the batter should get coated to paneer evenly
Roughly grind the Corn Flakes in a mixer grinder and keep it aside. Don't grind to a powder consistency.
Frying Crispy Paneer Cubes
Now take each coated paneer and roll it on the powdered corn flakes
Take a tawa and heat the oil with medium flame
When oil is hot put the paneer cubes and fry to get golden cubes
When paneer gets golden take out of tawa and place it in a kitchen towel to remove excess oil
Crispy paneer cube Ready and serve hot
